Privacy Policy

This notice applies to anyone who visits thedaler.com. It explains what happens to information about you while you read the site, under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. The UK's data protection regulator is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

It does not cover Daler's own website. Once you press a join or log-in button you leave this site and Daler's own privacy policy applies (see below). The site is published by the thedaler.com team, which is the party responsible for the information described here. You can reach us through the Contact page.

This site is a set of static pages. It has no accounts, registration, forms, comments, search box or payments, so we never ask for your name, email address, address, date of birth, payment details or identity documents. What can be processed when you visit is limited to:

• Request data at the host. Whenever a page is loaded, the company that hosts the site receives your IP address, the page requested, the time, and details sent by your browser such as its type and language. We use this only to deliver the site and keep it secure. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests.
• Typeface request. The pages load their typeface from Google's font service, so your browser contacts Google when a page opens and Google receives your IP address and browser details.
• Join-button redirects. When you press a join or log-in button, your browser is sent through a redirect on this site and a traffic-routing service before it reaches Daler. The address carries labels that name this site, the page you pressed the button on and the brand. They do not contain your name or any personal details, but the services that carry the redirect can see your IP address while it passes.

We do not sell information about you.

The site itself sets no cookies and shows no cookie banner. Its small scripts only handle the menu, carousels and the join button, which fills in its destination when you hover over it, touch it or move to it with the keyboard. If you block JavaScript, the text of every page still reads normally, but a join button will not work.

When you click through to Daler, the operator's site may set its own cookies. Its privacy policy explains what it uses and why.

When you register with Daler, the operator named in its terms, 3-102-950194 SRL, handles your account data under its own privacy policy. Read that policy on daler.com before you register, because it covers your account, verification checks, payments and gameplay. The policy names support@daler.com for data requests, and Daler's live chat is open 24/7 on daler.com.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask what is held about you, to have errors corrected, to ask for erasure, to object to some processing and to complain to the ICO. For this site, which holds no profile about you, there is nothing we can look up under your name. For the operator, use the channel its privacy policy gives.
